Spiritual trainer and wellness mentor with over 15 years of experience. Mohandhash specialises in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. His calming presence and deep knowledge create a truly transformative experience. He actively conducts yoga programs, meditation sessions, workshops, and wellness events for all age groups at Thirumoolar Yoga Research Centre. His mission is to spread health, peace, and positive living through yoga.
Tracing 12+ years of dedication, growth, and transformation through yoga
Thirumoolar Yoga Research Centre was founded by Mr. Mohandhash with a vision to bring authentic yoga to the community of Tamil Nadu. The first batch of students began their transformative journey.
Expanded yoga to school campuses — serving 15+ schools across Tamil Nadu. Students discovered improved focus, posture, and well-being through structured yoga programs.
Represented Tamil Nadu at international yoga events. Participated in the 25th International Yoga Festival and connected with global yoga masters, bringing world-class practices back to our community.
Crossed 500 certified students. Received special recognition from NSS and Yoga Trust for extraordinary contribution to social yoga awareness programs across communities.
Launched fully online yoga classes reaching students across India and internationally. Morning and evening batches became available globally, making authentic yoga accessible everywhere.
